Questions
What happens when the beta ends?
We publish plan allowances and prices first, and beta users get notice before anything changes on their account.
What counts as usage?
Persisted messages and bytes, suppressed duplicates, and rejected messages, per organization and project, per day. Your usage page shows the same numbers.
Is there an SLA?
Not during the beta. Service levels come with general availability.
Can we take our data with us?
Yes. History is available through the REST API today, CSV export is being built, and we will help with a full export if you leave.
